WELCOME TO IMAGEWHEEL, the website for Susan Carr: life coach, image consultant, artist and designer. I offer life coaching in Leeds or over the phone for people who want to make their lives more fulfilling, creative and fun. Often we get bogged down in habits which hold us back and we need encouragement and support to change. Life coaching can provide this, giving you focus and clarity and speeding up the process of transformation. Your life gets out of balance and you may be wasting time on activities which you know don't serve you, whilst feeling you don't have enough time, space or enjoyment.
You may be someone who would like to be more creative. Perhaps you are feeling blocked and frustrated, knowing that you can produce good work but somehow unable to make it happen. With you I can explore what holds you back and encourage you to risk making more work and getting it out there in the world.
You may be in a big transition: the end of a relationship, change of career, menopause or retirement. You may be wanting to move in a new direction, get fitter, explore neglected dreams and talents. Coaching can support you until you find a new direction emerging, and help you set realistic and achievable goals.
You may be contemplating starting a business, or have recently started one. You may be getting used to having a more entrepreneurial mindset and feeling both excited and fearful. Coaching can help you stay on track and keep focussed, making sure you don't neglect important areas and helping you maintain your drive and intention so that you are successful.
I have twenty years of experience as an artist and as a psychotherapist in private practice to offer in support of your growth and change. I am a skilled and practiced listener, with lots of experience working with people from all sorts of different backgrounds. I can provide you with a warm and accepting environment, sharply focussed attention and an ability to gently encourage you to move outside your current comfort zone. I also have a sense of humour, and promise that working with me will be entertaining and enjoyable as well as thought provoking and challenging.

Then we can arrange an initial appointment to meet for half an hour. This first exploratory session is free. If after that we both feel happy to continue working together, a set of regular sessions can be agreed. My current fee is £50 per one hour session.
